Celebrating Our Own: Ms. Quetta Adams Named to "Marquis Who’s Who"

At Caroline Center, we know that every woman who walks through our doors carries incredible potential. And when that potential meets opportunity, education and community, the results are life-changing. Few stories capture that better than the journey of our own Ms. JuQuetta Adams, Pharmacy Technician Coordinator and proud Caroline Center alumna.

This month, we are thrilled to share that Ms. Quetta has been selected for inclusion in the 2026 edition of Marquis Who’s Who, a national honor recognizing individuals who have made meaningful contributions in their professions and communities.

Ms. Adams’s story is one that inspires all of us. She first joined Caroline Center as a student in Cohort 71, determined to build a new path for herself. Through hard work, persistence, and a deep passion for helping others, she has now come full circle, leading the same Pharmacy Technician program that helped shape her future.

In her current role, Ms. Quetta not only teaches and mentors future pharmacy technicians, but she also builds partnerships that open doors for our students. Last spring, she single-handedly applied for a grant that brought immunization training opportunities to Caroline Center; a tremendous boost for our women as they prepare to enter the healthcare workforce.

“Ms. Quetta makes me feel supported here,” said Nasreen Satari, a current pharmacy tech student at Caroline Center. “She makes me feel inspired and hopeful about my journey.”

Her influence has also reached beyond our organization. This past July, Ms. Quetta was a featured speaker at the Pharmacy Technician Educators Council Conference in Ohio, where she shared her insights on pharmacy education and workforce development.

Being named to Marquis Who’s Who is a remarkable honor. This honor is one shared by influential figures such as Oprah Winfrey, Maya Angelou, and Ruth Bader Ginsburg. But for us at Caroline Center, it’s more than a national recognition; it’s a celebration of what happens when women lift each other up.

Today, Ms. Quetta continues to inspire everyone she meets. She is currently pursuing her bachelor’s degree in communications with a minor in healthcare management at the University of Maryland Global Campus and remains committed to creating inclusive learning environments that support all students.

We couldn’t be prouder to have Ms. Quetta as part of our Caroline Center family. Her story is living proof that with resilience, support, and the right opportunity, women can achieve extraordinary things.
