Nursing Assistant
The CNA training program provides comprehensive education and hands-on experience to prepare women for a career in healthcare. The curriculum includes both classroom instruction and clinical internships, where students gain real-world experience in hospitals, assisted living communities, and long-term care centers. Upon completion, students are equipped to sit for certification and deliver compassionate, high-quality care to patients.
Pharmacy Technician
The Pharmacy Technician training program equips women with the skills and knowledge needed to support pharmacists in dispensing medications and ensuring safe, effective patient care. The curriculum combines classroom instruction with hands-on training in a simulated environment and real-world pharmacy internships. Upon completion, students are prepared to take certification exams and pursue a career as a skilled pharmacy technician.
BuildHER: Women in Construction (Pilot)
BuildHER provides foundational skills and knowledge to help women succeed in various trade careers. The program focuses on essential areas such as workplace safety, technical skills specific to different trades, and basic tools and equipment usage. Students also receive training in communication, teamwork, and problem-solving to prepare for success in a hands-on, male-dominated work environment.
