With the generous support of donors, like you, Caroline Center is able to offer women in Baltimore City one of the best workforce development programs in the country, powered by an excellent curriculum and educational approach inspired by the School Sisters of Notre Dame.
Your commitment helps to keep Caroline Center’s highly effective career training program and its academic and career advancement services for graduates completely tuition-free.
$100 – Provides a student with a scrubs uniform and supports emergency needs during the program
$300 – Covers the cost of a laptop for home use, ensuring access to essential learning tools
$500 – Funds transportation assistance for a student or alum pursuing employment or further education
$1,000 – Supports instructional supplies or equipment for the CNA or Pharmacy Tech labs
$2,500 – Covers a full year of textbooks for our healthcare training programs
$5,800 – Funds the full education of one Caroline Center student
Become a Volunteer!
Volunteers contribute to the women's success in various ways— from educators, essential skills instructors, and computer aides, to helping with social media and fundraising projects. We will work with you to best match your skills and interests in ways that support the mission of the Caroline Center.
Give the Gift of Education
At Caroline Center, we don’t just train women for careers we prepare them for life. We go further with childcare referrals, transportation stipends, mental health counseling referrals, and more to ensure every woman can succeed. Through our Academic and Career Advancement program, alumnae receive lifelong career and education support.

Community Investment Tax Credit
With your qualifying contribution to Caroline Center, you will receive a 50% state tax credit for your contribution. You may even qualify for a federal tax deduction. Please consult your tax advisor regarding questions specific to tax filing and to determining final out of pocket cost.
